Try it free for 3 days. Choose a plan once you have heard it work.

3 days free with 150 trial minutes, up to 8 minutes on any single call. Every feature is included. Your card is charged for the first time on day 4 unless you cancel before then. You make a test call and hear the agent yourself before your line is forwarded. Cancel any time from your billing page; canceling during the trial ends it at once and your agent stops answering.

Prices from day 4: $149, $299 or $549 a month, by how many trucks you run. No per-minute charge, no minute bundle to run out of, no setup fee. Taxes where applicable. Billing is month to month and you cancel renewal from your billing page. Anyone with a US business can start today: there is no application and nothing to be approved for.

Trial limits: 150 minutes in total, counted when each call ends and rounded up to whole minutes. We email you at about 80% of them and again when they are used up. If they run out before the trial ends, your agent pauses until your paid plan starts on day 4: callers hear a short message that the line is paused and to try again later, nothing is booked, and no trial overage is charged. To start paid service sooner, email support@getdispatchline.com and ask. Every call, on every plan: a single call can last up to 8 minutes, during the trial and after it.

The guarantee

No booking in the first 14 days live? Your first paid month is refunded.

If your agent has not booked a single appointment in its first 14 days live, email hello@getdispatchline.com within 7 days of that and we refund the first month you were actually charged and cancel the subscription unless you tell us to keep it running.

The test is one number you can read yourself at any time: the booking count in your own portal. The refund and cancellation policy has the full conditions, including what the guarantee does not cover, and those are the terms that bind.

1. Start the trial: create your account, run the 15-minute setup wizard and put a card on file. Nothing is charged that day, and there is no setup fee. We then build your agent and buy a local number for your account automatically. 2. Days 1 to 3: press Test call, hear the agent yourself, and your forwarding steps unlock. You get 150 trial minutes, up to 8 minutes per call. Cancel any time from your billing page and you are not charged; canceling ends the trial at once and the agent stops answering. 3. Day 4: your plan starts and your card is charged for the month at the plan you picked — $149, $299 or $549 a month, plus applicable taxes. Billing is month to month from there, and you cancel renewal from the same billing page. Operator: DispatchLine. Checkout seller display: N.Y Group. Payments are processed by Polar as merchant of record. Your billing page shows the exact date and amount of the first charge before it happens.

What you need before you start: a US business phone number you can forward, your hours and service area, your call-out or service fee, and a card for the trial. That is the whole list. The wizard asks for these in order, and you can change any of them later in the portal without a ticket.

Setup is included in every plan, and there is no setup fee. The wizard writes your greeting, hours, service area, emergency rules and business facts into the agent, and you edit all of it yourself in the portal afterwards. Clear limits, no promised financial return. We do not tell you what you will earn. Review your actual call records and bookings before day 4, and use the guarantee above if it booked you nothing. To size the problem first, the missed-call calculator works out what your unanswered calls could be worth.
After you sign up

You hear your own agent on the phone before any customer does.

There is no application and nobody to wait for. You run the wizard, we build the agent, and then you call it yourself.

  • A 15-minute setup wizard. Your trade, hours, service area, call-out fee, emergency rules and the business facts the agent may answer from. The intake questions and emergency rules are written for plumbing, HVAC, electrical and roofing work, not from a generic template.
  • Your agent and a local number, built automatically. When you finish the wizard we build the agent and buy a local number for your account. There is nothing to schedule and nothing to wait for.
  • You press Test call and the agent phones you. Answer it, talk to it the way a customer would, and then find the call in your portal: a two-line summary, plus the transcript and the recording while recording is on (the default).
  • Forwarding unlocks after that call. Your number does not answer incoming calls until you have heard the agent on a test call, so you hear it work before a customer does. Then the forwarding steps unlock and you forward your business line, all the time or only after hours. You or your carrier controls that change, and you keep your existing number.
  • Questions by email. Write to support@getdispatchline.com and we reply within one business day. You may also start an optional manual WhatsApp chat; we do not automatically message you there.

Nothing about your current line changes until you forward it. Text confirmations go from one shared DispatchLine messaging number that names your business, not from your own number, and only to callers who agreed to one on the call.

What a paid month looks like

The same number every month: $149, $299 or $549 plus applicable taxes, whether the phone rang forty times or four hundred. There is no minute meter, no overage line and nothing to reconcile.

Each plan carries fair-use guidance for the size of shop it is for. If your answered minutes run well past it for a couple of months we call you and talk about moving up a tier. We do not bill you a surprise, and we do not stop answering your phone in the middle of your busiest week to make a point about it.

Minutes and fair use: how minutes are counted, what happens when the trial minutes run out, and how to change plans.

Cancel from the billing page any month. On a paid plan your agent keeps answering until the end of the period you've paid for; canceling during the free trial ends it at once and the agent stops answering.

Pricing questions

What is included in the free trial?

3 days free with 150 trial minutes, up to 8 minutes on any single call. Every feature is included. Your card is charged for the first time on day 4 unless you cancel before then. That includes text confirmations. Anyone in the US can start now; there is no application and no approval step.

Is there really no per-minute charge?

No per-minute charge and no minute bundle to run out of. Every plan carries fair-use guidance sized to the trucks it is for, shown on the plan above. If your calls run past it in a busy month we call you and talk it through, and on One Truck or Crew that may mean the next plan up; we do not send you a bill you did not expect and we do not stop answering your phone in the middle of your season. That is the whole point of pricing it this way.

Why is it priced by trucks and not by minutes?

Because the per-minute bill is the thing owners in this trade complain about most, and it lands hardest in the month you can least afford it: peak season, when the phone rings most. Truck count is something you already know, does not change week to week, and tracks call volume closely enough to be fair to both of us.

What happens when the trial ends?

The trial becomes a paid month and the card on file is charged for the plan on your account: $149, $299 or $549 a month, by how many trucks you run. No per-minute charge, no minute bundle to run out of, no setup fee. Taxes where applicable. Cancel from your billing page before day 4 and nothing is charged; canceling ends the trial at once and the agent stops answering. The subscription then renews monthly until you cancel it.

Is there a setup fee?

No. Setup is a 15-minute wizard you run yourself and there is no charge for it, on any plan. We build your agent and buy your local number automatically when you finish, and your line only starts answering once you have made a test call and heard it.

Is there a contract?

No. Billing is month to month and you can cancel renewal from your billing page in any month, yourself, without contacting anyone. Cancel during the 3-day trial and the card on file is never charged.

What is the guarantee, exactly?

If your agent has not booked a single appointment in its first 14 days live, email hello@getdispatchline.com within 7 days of that and we refund the first month you were actually charged and cancel the subscription unless you tell us to keep it running. The full conditions, including what it does not cover, are in our refund and cancellation policy, and those terms are the ones that bind.

Do you charge for the phone number or texting?

No. One local number per account and the customer confirmation texts are included in every plan. Texts go out from one shared DispatchLine messaging number that names your business in the message, and only to callers who agreed to a text on the call.

Does it speak Spanish?

Not today. DispatchLine answers in English only. What a shop can do for Spanish-speaking callers in the meantime.

Can I listen to calls live?

No. The portal does not let you listen while a call is in progress. When a call ends, its summary is in your portal, with the recording and transcript while recording is on (the default), and bookings and emergency calls also reach you by email. If you want a person on an emergency while it is happening, set the agent to transfer emergency calls to your on-call number.

Where can I read the refund and guarantee terms?

See our refund and cancellation policy for the full terms. Any refund under the first-month guarantee covers only the first monthly plan fee actually charged. If you cancel during the trial, nothing was charged, so there is nothing to refund. Existing subscribers keep their agreed terms.
