Features

Everything a great receptionist does. Nothing she'd get tired of.

The six features below are the six things that happen on one call, in the order they happen. Call answering picks up your forwarded line, tells the caller it is an automated assistant, and greets them with your company name. Emergency triage listens for the keywords you set, gives one safety instruction first, and runs the emergency action you chose. Scheduling offers two open arrival windows from your board, reads the address and phone number back, and writes the appointment. SMS follow-up texts the caller a confirmation when they agree to one on the call, and booking alerts reach you by email. Call recordings put a two-line summary in the portal within about a minute, plus the audio and the transcript while recording is on (the default). Integrations today means forwarding your line, the portal board, CSV export and the weekly report email; Google Calendar sync and webhooks are in development, and Jobber is in development; Housecall Pro and ServiceTitan are planned. Every plan includes all six.
