Plans and minutes

DispatchLine counts minutes: talk time on calls the agent handles, rounded up per call. Paid plans have no minute allowance and no per-minute charge; the free trial has a minute limit. A screened spam call counts as one minute (how spam screening works). A typical booking call is 2–3 minutes; an emergency with safety instructions can be 4–5.

The free trial

Your first 3 days are free, with 150 minutes and a limit of 8 minutes per call. A card is captured at checkout and nothing is charged before day 4. Trial minutes never generate overage; when they run out the agent says the line is paused. On day 4 the plan you chose is charged and renews monthly, unless you cancel first under Billing → Manage subscription & invoices. Canceling during the free trial ends the trial at once: your agent stops answering and the remaining trial minutes end with it. Current plans and prices are always on the pricing page.

Plans

Plan Monthly Built for Per-minute charge
Free trial, 3 days $0 Trying it: 150 minutes None
One Truck $149 1-2 trucks None
Crew $299 3-6 trucks None
Fleet $549 7+ trucks or more than one location None

A busy month

The portal shows the minutes answered this cycle. There is no per-minute charge to bill, so a heavy month does not change your invoice. If your answered minutes sit well above the fair-use guidance for your plan for a couple of months, we call you about moving up a tier — we do not bill you a surprise and we do not stop answering your phone.

Changing plans

Billing → Manage subscription & invoices, where you change your subscription. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge; downgrades take effect at the next cycle.

Canceling

Billing → Manage subscription & invoices, where you cancel your subscription. A paid plan does not renew. There is no per-minute charge, so no usage bill arrives after your final month. On a paid plan the agent keeps answering until the end of the period you have paid for, then stops; during the free trial, canceling ends the trial at once and the agent stops answering. For 30 days after that, your call history can still be exported as a CSV. The refund and cancellation policy has the full terms.
