Field-software sync is not available yet: a Jobber connection is in development, Housecall Pro and ServiceTitan are planned, and the integrations page lists the status of every connection. When it ships, DispatchLine will create the booked job directly in your field-service software, with the customer record attached, so your dispatcher never re-types a call.

Status

Platform Status What will sync
Jobber In development Client, request/job, notes, appointment window
Housecall Pro Planned Customer, job, schedule, notes
ServiceTitan Planned Customer, booking, call recording link

Email support@getdispatchline.com with the platform you use; we’ll reply with the current status.

Until then

Every booking is on your Appointments board in the portal. The portal’s CSV export is your call history, not your appointments, so until sync ships, somebody keys each job into your field software from the board. Google Calendar sync is in development. The agent cannot see jobs you schedule elsewhere, and arrival windows and hours explains how to block that time.

What planned means

Planned means the integration is on the roadmap and not being built at this moment. In development means it is being built and tested. Live means you can switch it on from the portal. No date is promised for any platform in the table above, and nothing on this page or in the sales pages should be read as one. When a platform moves from planned to in development, this page changes first.

How to work from the board until sync ships

Every job the agent books lands on the Appointments board in the portal within about a minute of the call ending, with the caller’s name, callback number, address, the arrival window the agent offered and read back, and the two-line summary of what the caller said. While recording is on (the default), the call recording and the transcript sit on the same record. A dispatcher who opens the board in the morning has everything a dispatch entry needs, in the order a dispatch form asks for it.

The CSV export on the Reports page is your call history, one row per call: date, caller, phone, duration, intent, outcome, the emergency and after-hours flags, and the two-line summary. It has no service address, arrival window or appointment rows, so it is a call log rather than a job import, and the honest answer is that somebody retypes each job from the board. On a shop booking three to eight jobs a day that is a few minutes, and it is still less typing than taking the call. For what small shops run on the other side of the board, see plumbing software and HVAC dispatch software.

What we would like to know from you

If you use one of these platforms, email support@getdispatchline.com and tell us which one, whether you book into the schedule or into requests, and whether your dispatcher works from a phone or a desktop. That is what decides the order the integrations are built in. We will reply by email within one business day and tell you the current status for your account.
